Mailed debit cards take 7-10 business days.
You can pick-up an instant card for $5.00 ONLY at the Trinity and Jefferson location.
To activate your new debit card, call any branch location, verify your identity and create a pin.
All debit cards have an automatic daily limit set to $500. Call to temporarily raise the daily limit. Permanent raises must be officer approved.
All debit card ATM limits are set to $315. Call to temporarily raise the daily limit. Permanent raises must be officer approved.
Expect a new debit card in the mail, if not received by the middle of the expiration month, call to verify mailing address.
Your debit card will work until the last day of the expiration month.
Unfortunately, you cannot tap your physical card. However, you may add your card to your mobile device/watch and tap your phone.
You may add your debit card to the following digital wallets: Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay.
Your mobile device/watch account must be fully set up with your personal info and passcode/ biometric authentication (Face-ID or fingerprint). Add your debit card info to your digital wallet and you’ll receive a text message with a code to the phone number we have on file. If you experience any difficulties, please call 936-594-2564 and someone will assist you.
All payments will require a passcode/ or biometric authentication (Face-ID or fingerprint). Depending on the purchase or merchant, your debit card pin number may be required and the digital wallet will generate a token to the merchant to keep your debit card information safe.
Your debit card should be safe, as it requires multiple authentications to complete a purchase. However, immediately call any location during business hours or call 888-263-3370 after business hours to turn off your debit card.
At this time, FNBT doesn’t partner with any peer-to-peer (P2P) mobile payment apps. However, you may use P2P apps by adding your debit card to the app. FNBT is not responsible for any theft, fraud, or assistance associated with P2P payments.
